Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Priority Mail which normally takes 3-5 days, depending on the destination, from my studio to you. Standard shipping rates apply to shipments to the 48 Continental United States. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally and will be handled on a per order basis. Please allow additional time for orders placed during busy times such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the pricing sub-total of your order. For rush orders, please note there will be additional charges. Following are the standard shipping rates we offer:
$0 - $25. $5
$26 - $50. $8
$51 - $100. $10
$101- $200. $12
$201 - $300. $15
$301 and over. $20
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction but due to the highly personalized nature of many of my items, all sales are considered final once shipped. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong information, please email me at jill@socialbutterflydesigsn.com or call me at 310.418.5512 within 3 business days after you receive the order. Please include your order, name, and shipping address. Refunds/exchanges are given for items only, shipping charges are not refunded. Please do not return any items without prior authorization. Please note we try to reproduce all images and colors on the site as accurately as possible, but due to the differences in how colors are displayed from monitor to monitor, the printed product may be slightly different than what is pictured on your computer screen.
